PRIVACY POLICY

The personal documents of applicants for job advertisements from MANAGEMAX are stored in the company for 6 months in accordance with Sections 15 Paragraph 1 and 29 Paragraph 1 GlbG and Section 7k Paragraph 1 in conjunction with Paragraph 2 Item 1 BEinstG.

Your data as an applicant will be treated confidentially and securely. As part of your application process, we will use the data for the specific application process, as this is necessary to fulfill the contract. The data will be forwarded to those employers who may be of interest to you as an applicant. Of course, the employers to be contacted will be selected by mutual consent.

Application documents will only be kept on file with the express consent of the applicant; otherwise, they will be deleted after the application process has been completed.

We have concluded a corresponding contract for order data processing with the provider.

Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymized (e.g., by deleting the last 8 bits). This allows only a rough localization.

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

Our aim, as defined by the GDPR (legitimate interest), is to improve our offering and our website. Because the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymized. User data is retained for a period of 120 days.

You generally have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, revocation, and objection regarding your data stored by us.
