My name is Christian Barna.

Since 1998, I have been working in the metal construction and industrial plant engineering sector – an environment where precision, safety and responsibility are required every single day.

Over the years, I have worked across Europe – from large industrial facilities and energy projects to high-tech data centers. This hands-on experience on construction sites is the foundation of Managemax today. We don’t just talk about projects – we know how they truly work in real life.

Managemax stands for technical excellence, clear leadership and full accountability on the construction site. With more than 15 years of experience in the European industrial, pharmaceutical and data center sectors, we manage complex construction projects from planning to handover – structured, safe and efficient. We are not a traditional recruitment agency, but a technical partner for clients, general contractors and project companies. Our strengths lie in construction management, project coordination and the disciplines of QA/QC and HSE – areas where precision, communication and reliability are essential.
